"I’ve had Aairons’ food numerous times, because he is an outstanding, creative and very modest chef. Always preparing foods that we love, even now we’ve gone vegetarian. The food is sublime, I would recommend Dining by Dalton to everyone. Here’s what we had last night:

A surprise starter as we only ordered a main!: Crispy tortilla nest, avocado, poached egg, blackened corn, coriander and chilli. 

Main: Wild Mushroom Risotto, cavelike nero crisp, Parmesan wafer, white truffle sauce and a griddled king oyster mushroom.

"The quality, presentation and taste of the food was just incredible. A real top end hot and cold buffet where every single guest left full and commenting on how amazing the food was. Aairon’s professionalism throughout the whole process was second to none and we couldn’t of been more pleased with the outcome. Will definitely be using Dining by Dalton again.
